the owner of the pub which is located on the first floor of the spire. He is a bit much at first but he will grow on you... like a fungus. in all seriousness try his upside-down burgers, Brian stew. He has an award-winning chilli three out of four judges approve. the last judge realized the other three were part of the chilli.
